Position Overview:
The Director of Compliance Resource Center is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, and overall success of the Compliance Resource Center. This role involves leading a team to ensure the provision of comprehensive resources, professional development opportunities, and support services to compliance professionals across Central Asia and the Caucasus region. The Director will collaborate with various stakeholders to advance the center's mission and enhance its offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Compliance Resource Center, aligning with organizational goals.
Oversee the management of resources, including literature, publications, databases, and toolkits, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
Lead the planning and execution of professional development programs, including trainings, seminars, and testing.
Foster relationships with industry experts, partners, and stakeholders to expand the center's network and resources.
Manage the center’s budget, including securing funding through grants, partnerships, and other financial opportunities.
Attract new members to the organization and manage all aspects related to membership, including engagement, retention, and member services.
Supervise the coordinators and other staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the center's programs and services, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Compliance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 7 years of experience in compliance, resource management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of compliance issues, particularly in the Central Asia and Caucasus regions.
Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and secure funding.
Experience in membership management, including attracting, engaging, and retaining members.
